The structure around it is the part nobody built for you. You've been sold mindset when you needed pricing, and spreadsheets described as strategy. None of that failed because of you. Nobody in those rooms had built both sides.
Some of the people I work with run something already and hold it up with their own presence. Some have trained for years and never charged for a single session. The missing piece is the same piece.
You probably bought half of it. Mindset, when it was really about price. Or spreadsheets, sold to you as strategy.
That gap isn't a worthiness problem. It's a construction problem, and construction problems get solved.

Most people can name what feels heavy. Fewer can name which part of the structure is actually missing, and those are different questions. Answering the second one is what makes the first month work.
The first question asks where you are. If there's no business yet, it sends you down a shorter path with questions that fit, instead of twelve you'd have to answer with "not yet".

Different field, different person, different business. The work behind it is the same: I build the structure that carries it, so he can look after the thing people come to him for.

I've been an entrepreneur since 2006.
I started with a honey company straight out of university, spent a decade in the yoga and personal development world with three years running my own studio, and founded two non-profits. I've gone down more than once and got back up.
What I learned early, and painfully, is that a business you cannot leave for a single day isn't a business. It's a room you locked yourself into.
So I build the other kind.
With those two you see the front. Here you walk in.
You can open Avianna's website and you can book her session. What you cannot see is the area her members are in, and the window she works in herself. That is the part I build, and the part nobody ever gets to see.
So I built a show home. A full member area and the admin window that goes with it, with a switch between the two. Top left you move between what your client sees and what you see.
Everything in it is invented. The names, the numbers, the dates. The functions are not, those run exactly like this for Avianna.
It is not a template either. The show home belongs to an invented offer, and yours would get its own colours, its own screens, its own words.
No login, nothing to fill in, works on a phone.
I build, I don't advise.
A consultant tells you what to do and leaves. An agency builds what you order, even when it doesn't hold. I decide with you what gets built, and then I build it.
The deciding is part of it, otherwise I would be the agency. It also means I will say no to things you ask for, if they don't hold. And that at the end of the week something exists, rather than a document about what should exist.
That is why there is no hourly rate on this page.
Built from Pleasure isn't a mood. It's a structure that can carry one.
Pleasure without structure is a good month followed by a quiet one. Structure without pleasure is the thing you already ran from.
It means building the business the way you want to live: clear, steady, priced properly. Working on the right things instead of more things.
Pleasure needs something to hold it. That part is my job.

- You want someone to execute a plan you have already decided on. That's an agency, and a good one costs less than this.
- You want me to build whatever you hand me, without us checking first whether it holds. An agency is the better choice for that.
- You want ads to fix a demand problem while the offer still only becomes concrete in conversation.
- You want to be taught the technology so you can run all of it yourself.
- You want a number guaranteed in writing before you start.
Where I am
- Your work is transformation, and you have been doing it long enough to know it holds.
- You are the load-bearing wall of your business. And you want it to stay standing when you need a break.
- You want the structure built, not explained to you in a call you take notes in.
- You can take honest feedback, including the kind that isn't flattering.
- You can carry twelve months without overextending yourself for it.
- You are starting from nothing. Then you work with Avianna first on what your work even is, and we build the right thing from the start.

Most of my clients are women. That is how this started and it is where I learned most of what I know. It isn't a requirement.

The build runs with both of us. Avianna works on strategy, mindset and the energy side, I work on the structure.
